Foil Information and Requests

The Greenville Fire District is committed to transparency and strives to make public information easily accessible to our community. Many commonly requested documents are already available throughout our District Records section, reducing the need for formal Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests. When additional records are needed, this page provides clear guidance on how to submit a FOIL request in accordance with New York State law. Our goal is to ensure residents receive timely, accurate access to public information while maintaining an open and accountable government. Once your FOIL Request Form is fully completed, it can be emailed to the District Secretary at district@greenville.com
